My approach to photography is very echoic of my motivation for doing things in general - the pictures I take seem to come with a whimsy-governed intensity. It allows me to find shots that I LOVE (no matter how bad they really are), and allows me to just simply forget about photography completely for months at a time. It's a fragmented life, and I'm only ever in one shard at a time.
I think I may write like that too. So if this makes no sense, be assured that it is definitely the writer's problem and not yours.
This one was a long exposure just coming out of the Massey Tunnel. I like the colours. Cheers!
