This is an old one, shot ca. 2006 in downtown. The "teeth" are some part of the tread of an old tank on display on Beatty St. (I think), somewhere close to Dunsmuir (also, I think). Cross-processed Fuji film.
I like the ghostly and blown out silhouettes of the people and the tree in the background. But what fascinates me about this thing is the shape of that tooth. Complex and "sharp." It's a mistake to say that such shapes don't occur naturally. If you disagree, open your mouth and scrutinize your canine(s). But when you get them in machine form, they just look so sinister to me, like they're just waiting for inertia to fuel them towards some uncompromising end...
