So... this is x-process and underexposed (which sux, cuz I think this would have been a neat shot). But such mistakes come with opportunity! Enter photoshop.
a) duplicated original layer set to colour burn at 34% opacity.
b) drastic curves adjustment layer at around 60% opacity (less an "S" mor a backwards Z"
c) Hue sat layer masked with a black to transparent gradient set on her hand, Master Hue adjusted.
d) Another Hue/Sat layer affecting the whole pic by desaturating it somewhat.
e) finally, a Levels set on top of everything and crunched into a small range.
;) I know - not everyone's cup of tea, but it was fun!
